Familiar faces pass by My dusty windows, Heads turned and Peeping through, Distracted, supposedly For a short moment, I am not willing to re-capture Acquaintances that are now Part of my grieving past!
I don’t want to deal with: Convoluted explanations, Troublesome details and Un-solicited suppositions, They just pass by-this time-
I am secluded wishing Not to meet memories Of some people still alive When knowing will hurt!
I am unwilling to face new Events that jump incoherently And unchronologically Followed by uncontrolled Defenses and fake pretenses, I just turn away from My dusty windows!
Now my life moves forward, Discarding all those memories Hidden deeply in my past And which caused me Pain and discomfort But are now just reflected Through my windows!
